Job Summary

The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and overall guest readiness of hotel guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. This role plays a critical part in ensuring every guest feels welcomed, comfortable, and cared for from the moment they arrive.

This position requires attention to detail, efficiency, professionalism, and a strong commitment to hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities

· Clean and service guest rooms according to hotel brand and company standards

· Change linens, make beds, dust, vacuum, and sanitize all assigned rooms

· Restock guest room supplies including towels, toiletries, and amenities

· Clean public areas including hallways, lobbies, restrooms, and common spaces as needed

· Report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, and damaged items promptly

· Follow all safety, sanitation, and infection prevention procedures

· Maintain proper use and storage of cleaning chemicals and supplies

· Support laundry operations when needed

· Assist teammates and departments as needed to ensure smooth daily operations

· Deliver friendly and professional guest interactions when encountered on property

· Previous housekeeping, hotel, or cleaning experience preferred but not required

· Strong attention to detail and time management skills

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

· Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move throughout shifts

· Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds regularly

· Weekend and holiday availability required
